No Time to Prepare

In my experience even the most organized of those responsible for ensuring that their loved ones accomplish ingestion of wholesome and nutritious stuff, satisfying to the palate and maintenance the corpus, are sometimes inconvenienced by a sudden drought of ideas related to “What’s for Dinner”?  Even I, the most organized person ever to bestride a kitchen with literally thousands of recipes from which to select a meal guaranteed to satisfy at the touch of a keypad, can sometimes be heard to utter, “What on Earth should I do for Dinner?”

Now, if I had been astute, a perusal of my Availability Listing would indicate a variety of prepared meals, resident in the freezer and labeled Cook from Frozen.  If I had been even more astute, perhaps precognicient, I would have thought of this yesterday, or even early this morning and been able to thaw one of my Defrost for Minimal Prep Before Cooking Meals.

So, it certainly appears that our No Time to Prepare Service of Chefs 4 All Reasons satisfies a need for at least two situations.  I’m certain you can think of others.

All of our Meals are packaged in “Microwavable Foil Containers”, although we do not suggest that all of our meals be microwaved.  Each packaged meal is labeled with Cooking and Thaw or No Thaw Instructions, Date of Production and an Ingredients Listing with Nutritional and Calorific Data.  All of this information is also duplicated on the Meal Plan Sheet that accompanies each order.  This sheet allows you to maintain a record of meals consumed so that you always know what is in your freezer and when you need to re-order more meals.

Either, you select (minimum) ten Frozen Entrée Items, each of which either feeds one, two or four, accompanied by Two Sides (and sometimes a Dessert), and stock up your Cook from Frozen selection for those “Oh Heavens to Betsy and Lawks a Mussy, what shall I ever do to satisfy the ravenous appetites of Aunt Belladonna and the twins who are arriving unexpectedly, especially when just a few minutes ago I discovered my lost diary and saw that I had invited my Bunco Buddies to dinner”, situations.

Or, Meal Plan a two week ten day period, mixing and matching from both our Cook from Frozen and Defrost for Minimal Prep Before Cooking selections.  As above, each one, two or four diner’s Entrée Item is accompanied by Two Sides and perhaps a Dessert on occasion.  Even if you do not follow the Meal Plan, you will at least have meals to share if Aunt Belladonna or your Bunco Buddies drops by unexpectedly.

Step One

Using the Meal Plan Template (which you can either download or print), and in conjunction with our Standard Recipe Listing, prepare a ten day cornucopia of delights, or a “The Flood is Coming” stocking up of your freezer; not forgetting Desserts when we don’t include with the Entrée.

Step Two

Phone in your choices, Email your Order as an Attachment, or Order your selection on Line. We now know everything bout your order: What you want, When you want it, Where it is to be delivered, and any Special Consideration related to the order.

Step Three

We purchase the fresh never frozen ingredients, then prepare, freeze and deliver within two days, come rain, shine, sleet or snow.
